Question about Google Authenticator & Account Security. I feel like once upon a time there was a post here about linking your GW2 accounts to Google Authenticator on more than one device but I can't find it (it was a LONG time ago). I've submitted a ticket and Anet responds with automated nonsense about crash logs etc.
Because ranked play is for people who take the game serious and since ranking--which determines quality of competition and to a lesser extent, season rewards via extra pips per match--is subject to increase or decrease based on win/loss, you need to ensure that they are at least getting serious semi-experienced players.
Got back into guild wars 2 after wow and wish I had done it sooner. 1/amazing combat that is organic and exciting 2/no sub just pay for expansion and good to go. Remember wow charge nearly double per expansion and still want to charge you a monthly sub (too greedy blizzard) 3/amazing community that is helpful 4/great art work

Upload's not really needed. Download is needed, but not in huge heaps. Unless you end up on dial up, it shouldn't be that much of a matter. What matters is if you have a data cap, and ping may be important.
